How It Works

A Clear, Supportive Process From First Call to Safe Arrival.

Whether you need local Utah transportation or long-distance medical transport across the Western U.S., including Oregon, California, and Washington, Mobility Transportation Services helps make the process easier for families, patients, and care teams.

Simple and Supported

We Help Coordinate the Details So You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone

Medical transportation can involve timing, patient needs, pickup instructions, facility coordination, mobility support, and family communication. Our team walks through the details with you.

1

Call or Request a Ride

Tell us where the patient is, where they need to go, when transport is needed, and what level of assistance may be required.

2

We Review the Details

Our team discusses mobility needs, pickup and drop-off details, appointment times, facility requirements, family ride-along needs, and whether CNA or nurse support should be coordinated.

3

We Schedule Transport

Once the details are confirmed, we help coordinate the transportation plan and communicate the next steps.

4

Safe Arrival

Your loved one is transported safely and comfortably to the destination, with care and communication throughout the process.

What to Have Ready

Information That Helps Us Plan the Right Transport

You do not need to have everything figured out before you call. But if you have the following information available, it can help us guide you more quickly.

  • Pickup address
  • Destination address
  • Requested date and time
  • Appointment or discharge time
  • Facility contact information, if available
  • Local wheelchair needs, long-distance stretcher or gurney needs, or ambulatory needs
  • Patient comfort or care considerations
  • Family, caregiver, CNA, or nurse ride-along needs
  • Kenneled pet traveling, if applicable

Not Sure About the Details?

Call us anyway. Our team can help ask the right questions, including whether a family member will ride along, whether CNA or nurse support is needed, and what information may be needed before transport.
